Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order at checkout:

Processing time
Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Each box is carefully prepared by hand, so we appreciate your patience.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail / courier. Please note delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy periods.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or lost parcels
